A more rigid printing material, this filament is ideal for anyone that desires a strutural component with high modulus, excellent surface quality, dimensional stability, light weight, and ease of printing.
These fibers are extremely strong and cause the filament to increase in strength and stiffness. This also means that the 3D printed parts will be much lighter and more dimensionally stable, as the fibers will help prevent shrinking of the part as it cools.
It is extruded to tight tolerances of 0.05mm+/- of the stated 1.75mm diameter. Great chemical resistance, along with alkali, acid and water resistance.
Vacuum-sealed bags and desiccant packs ensures that the filament is exposed to as little moisture as possible.
Nozzles with larger diameters (0.5mm or more) are far less likely to clog, as the fibers will fit through the larger nozzle hole much more easily.
