High-Speed Performance
Experience unparalleled speed with a maximum print rate of 600 mm/s and acceleration of up to 20,000 mm/s², making it 12 times faster than standard i3 3D printers. For opacity, Hyper PLA filaments are used to achieve faster and higher-quality prints. The optimal results connected X and Z axes, powered by two high-torque motors, allow rapid transitions from 0 to 600 mm/s in just 0.03 seconds.
Precision Engineering
With precise linear guides and an automatic toothed belt, the Z axis achieves exceptional positioning accuracy (≤ 15 µm), minimizing Z-banding for flawless prints.
Upgraded Extruder Kit
The direct drive extruder features:
Reinforced Spring: Enhances filament grip.
Ball Plunger: Stabilizes the extruder lever.
Powder Metallurgy Lever: Maintains consistent extrusion force.
The “Unicorn” tri-metal copper nozzle includes a steel tip and titanium alloy heartbreak, preventing heat creep and ensuring easy replacement. Caution: Always allow the nozzle to cool before handling.
Rapid Heating
The 60W ceramic heater heats up to 300 °C in just 75 seconds, melting high-temperature filaments quickly.
Efficient Cooling System
Two fans at the front and back of the print head provide even cooling to freshly printed layers, preventing issues like drooping or warping. The balanced fan design minimizes wobbling and ghosting effects.
